Refund Policy

All sales are final. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
No Refunds
All payments made to Xen Taylor Consulting Corp. are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for consulting services, digital products, courses, coaching programs, retainers, and any other offerings.
Offer-Specific Guarantees: This no-refund policy may be superseded only where a money-back guarantee is (a) publicly listed and verifiable on the official offer page at the time of purchase, or (b) explicitly documented in a signed written agreement between you and Xen Taylor Consulting Corp. In all other cases, all sales are final. If you believe your purchase qualifies under one of these conditions, contact us at [email protected] with supporting documentation and we will review your request accordingly.
No Chargebacks
You expressly agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution or payment provider. Attempting to reverse or dispute a valid charge will be considered a breach of this agreement.
Chargeback Fee
In the event that you initiate a chargeback, a chargeback administration fee of $500 CAD will be charged to the card on file or issued as an invoice due within 7 business days. Failure to remit payment will result in the outstanding balance being referred to a third-party collection agency, and additional collection costs may apply.
Commitment to Services
By purchasing, you confirm you have reviewed the service descriptions and understand the scope, inclusions, and expectations of what you are purchasing.
Non-Transferable
Purchases are non-transferable. Access or entitlements may not be assigned or shared without express written consent from Xen Taylor Consulting Corp.
Dispute Resolution
Should you have any concerns regarding your purchase, you agree to contact Xen Taylor Consulting Corp. in writing at [email protected] to resolve the matter amicably prior to pursuing any external remedy.
