This Privacy Policy describes how Xen Taylor Consulting Corp. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We are based in Alberta, Canada and comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
By using any of our websites or purchasing any of our products or services, you consent to the practices described in this policy. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following personal information:
- Name and email address — collected via our waitlist and opt-in forms to communicate about access, updates, and offers
- Payment information — collected at checkout via our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details directly; all payment data is handled securely by the processor
- Ad attribution and conversion data — collected via Hyros, our ad tracking platform, which tracks which ads, pages, and actions led to a purchase or opt-in. This helps us understand which marketing is working and improve our campaigns
- Cookie data — see Section 5 for full details
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver your purchased products and grant access to our platform
- Send transactional emails including order confirmations, access credentials, and waitlist updates
- Send marketing communications about product updates, new offers, and relevant content (you may unsubscribe at any time)
- Track ad performance and attribution via Hyros to optimize our advertising spend
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our business:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and marketing platform, used for form submissions, email delivery, and funnel management
- Hyros — our ad attribution and conversion tracking platform, which receives purchase and opt-in data to attribute sales back to specific ad campaigns
- Payment processors — to securely handle transactions
- Meta (Facebook) and Google — we run paid advertising on these platforms and share conversion event data (e.g. purchases, opt-ins) to optimize ad delivery
All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion of your data, we will action it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:
- To maintain session state and remember your preferences
- To support Hyros attribution tracking across our funnel pages
- To support Meta Pixel and Google tag conversion tracking for advertising
You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some areas of our site. By continuing to use our site, you consent to our use of cookies as described above.
6. Meta & Google Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags on our website to measure ad performance and deliver relevant advertising. These tools may collect information about your visits and interactions with our pages. This activity is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Hyros Tracking
We use Hyros as our primary ad attribution platform. Hyros tracks visitor behaviour, opt-ins, and purchase events across our pages to identify which ads and channels are driving results. Data shared with Hyros includes email addresses (where provided), page visits, and conversion events. Hyros does not sell your data and processes it solely for attribution purposes on our behalf.
8. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations
